 1.      Go at your own pace

When you get active, it’s important to go at a pace that you feel comfortable with. Remember that even a small amount of movement adds up. The Couch to Fitness online workout programme has been designed to meet you where you are. Each video has three instructors working at different intensity levels providing you with alternative ways to move, so you can adjust your workout to the level that suits you.
