How to maintain an activity routine after completing Couch to Fitness

We know it  can be hard to keep to a routine once you’ve completed Couch to Fitness without the structure of an exercise programme, so we’ve created an activity planner for you to help you to plan out your week and keep being active!

If you’re finding it hard to plan out the whole week, start with just planning tomorrow’s activity, you can fill it in as you go if that is easier for you. It will still help you keep track of your progress and goals, and support you to maintaining a regular routine of being active.
